Compass and Modmail

• Added the Soul Hunter's Compass, which lists all imprisoned players on the server. If you click a player's name in the Dialog, the Compass will point to their Vorpal
• Added a recipe to The Means of Production to turn Meteoric blocks into Compressed blocks
• Saying modmail in chat will now link to https://civ.plus/about/
• When the server sends you coordinates in chat, hovering over those coordinates will now show which dimension they are in
• You can no longer craft a Reinforcement Multitool with an enchanted Pickaxe
• Fixed a bug where The Means of Production would assemble instantly
