Vorpal Lore and QoL

• Improved the way Vorpal items' lore is formatted. They now show both fuel percentage and duration, and imprisoned players have their head displayed next to their name
• Improved the way /vp locate is formatted
• Fixed the Shepherd's Grimoire not working and baby animals not growing
• Improved the /ping command. It now shows your ping and the server's TPS
• Retuned some of the numbers in the Soulless Anchor. It should now no longer delete itself in edge-cases involving water
