Hanging Blocks and Soulless Anchor Nerf

• Reverted hanging blocks reinforcement system
• Hanging blocks such as torches, doors, buttons, etc will no longer inherit their reinforcement from their supporting block, and damaging them will not damage the supporting block. They must be reinforced separately
• Made weapons that have the Thorns enchantment hurt you when you attack with them
• Disabled using the Soulless Anchor to pick up Dolphins
• Fixed pathing and stripping causing tools to break
