NOTICE OF RESTRICTED AREA
Effective immediately, the Rhodesian government hereby establishes an exclusion zone encompassing the territory of Yodie Island, including the Rhodesian Agricultural Center (RAC) and the [REDACTED] installation (see attached map).
BACKGROUND
Rhodesian security services have detected and documented unauthorized excavation and the construction of ice road infrastructure in proximity to critical Rhodesian installations.
The activity has been determined to be the work of an allied party acting without coordination. While the intent proved friendly, the incident underscores a matter of serious concern: the installations within this zone are critical infrastructure to Rhodesia, and must be secured.
RESTRICTIONS
Unless granted explicit permission by the Rhodesian government, the following are prohibited within the marked boundaries:
- Entry of any kind
- Mining or excavation
- Construction of roads, ice roads, rails, tunnels, or any transit infrastructure
- Placement of snitches, sensors, or surveillance devices
Personnel already present within the zone are directed to withdraw. Allied parties wishing to work near the perimeter are asked to coordinate through official channels — authorization will not be unreasonably withheld.
Flock surveillance coverage of the zone is continuous. All approaches are monitored.
