Agreement - DELPHICUS–OTTOMAN ALLIANCE AGREEMENT
Between the Duchy of Delphicus and the Ottoman Empire
Article I — Mutual Alliance
The Duchy of Delphicus and the Ottoman Empire formally recognize each other as allies and agree to maintain peaceful and cooperative relations.
Article II — Mutual Defense
If either nation is attacked by another nation, the other ally shall provide military assistance and aid in defending the attacked nation. This also applies when either nation launches an attack, with the other ally providing support.
Article III — Non-Aggression
Neither nation shall intentionally attack, raid, or invade the territory of the other.
Article IV — Cooperation
Both nations agree to cooperate on military, diplomatic, and strategic matters when mutually beneficial.
Article V — Sovereignty
Both nations recognize the independence, territory, and authority of the other.
Article VI — Duration
This alliance shall remain active until both nations mutually agree to end it.
