ELUSAVIS REGION has decided to ban the Lev Infra Public Ice Roads - the servers favorite free transport system - from the entirety of its large national territories.As a project of the
CIV+ INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS we are very upset at the disregard for freedom of movement across Civ+. LIPIR was established 9 months before the nation of Elusavis was ever declared, and has continously recieved popular support among all corners of the community.Despite our frustration, we have given Elusavis temporary citadel bypass to remove the sections that they deem unwanted. As a show of good faith.
However this event has been very eye-opening. There were no negotations nor compromise put forth by Elusavis authorities - they merely privately shared with us their decree of a total LIPIR ban.
In response to a total ban with no mentions of workarounds or compromise, LIPIR Servitors have been in discussions. Some have suggested an indefinite ban of all citizens of Elusavis from riding LIPIR lines. This is in consideration.
Design for discriminate traps are underway to punish those who violate their LIPIR ban. Any banned players caught in a LIPIR trap will be - at minimum - vorped indefinitely pending a payment of 30 diamond ore.
Leviticus takes the sovereignty and integrity of international projects very seriously, on behalf of all nations of the world. We encourage all nations to participate in the international community as good actors, to seek solutions and compromises that can satisfy all parties.
